Mission
The purpose of OSP-RA is to provide the essential support that will enable the University and individual researchers to manage the conduct of research at Howard University.

It is recognized that research projects and other sponsored programs are crucial for the success of academic disciplines and are a potential source of significant revenues for the University. Additionally, it is recognized that through research, the University extends the frontiers of knowledge in all disciplines.
